Paper Checks Eliminated With CashPay Card

Starting January 1st, 2009 eESI will start eliminating paper checks in exchange for our new CashPay card. We have teamed up with Bank of America to establish this card account for all our employees that do not have access to a checking or savings account. With the increased cost of delivery services, more frequent destination interruptions, and the cost saving efficiencies of today's electronic delivery systems made the CashPay card an easy choice.

Each pay date, your funds will be electronically deposited into your new CashPay account by 9:00am. No more waiting for the checks to be delivered, paying outrageous check cashing fees, worrying about your safety with cash-on-hand, dealing with lost checks and then having to wait a couple days for a check reprint. It is simple a payroll tool eESI has established to make our service more effective to our employees. CashPay is not a credit card and does not require a credit check. To take advantage of this program, please complete the attached CashPay form. Read More

For those employees that have the capabilities of establishing a Direct Deposit checking or savings account, please complete the attached Employee Direct Deposit Form. Read More

An FSA will Decrease Your Taxable Income

W-2 Forms How much was your out-of-pocket cost for Medical and Prescription expenses? What about the cost of Childcare? Those individuals with recurring yearly cost for medical, prescriptions, other health expenses, and dependent care should look at using a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Total all your medical and dependent care expenses incurred in 2008. Then estimate what you will spend for these items in 2009. Elect to have this amount deducted pre-tax each pay period. The more pre-tax deductions you have, the less taxes you pay each pay period. An FSA is a perfect way to giving you more spending power on recurring yearly expenses. If this is a benefit for you, please complete and fax the attached form. If you have any questions, please contact the eESI Benefits Department at 888-465-1171.Read More
