A FSA will Decrease Your Taxable Income and Increase Your Take Home Pay

W-2_pic
How much was your out-of-pocket cost for Medical and Prescription expenses? What about the cost of Childcare? People with recurring yearly costs for health care, prescriptions, and dependent care should utilize the benefit of a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to recoup your hard earned cash.

Total all your medical and dependent care expenses incurred in 2009. Then estimate what you will spend for these items in 2010. Elect to have this amount deducted pre-tax each pay period. The more pre-tax deductions you have, the less taxes you pay each pay period. A FSA is a perfect way to give you more spending power on recurring yearly expenses. If this is a benefit for you, please complete and fax the attached form. If you have any questions, please contact the eESI Benefits Department at 888-465-1171. Read More
