We are pleased to announce that we are working on the annual review of your employee benefits.

  • November

    eESI receives renewal quotes for current plans

  • eESI gets quotes from competing insurance carriers

  • eESI presents you with complete quote information

  • You and eESI select plans for next year. Together we determine how and when to communicate these changes with your employees

  • eESI creates enrollment materials and, in most cases, creates an online enrollment portal

  • eESI communicates with your employees regarding open enrollment

  • New deductions take effect on the first paycheck in January (or December for clients who bill Month in Advance)

  • January

    Coverage for new elections is effective January 1
