At ESI, we’re fully licensed as a PEO and have been since 1999. We maintain not only our licensing and credentials, but our accreditations with ESAC to reassure our clients of our financial surety and responsibility in handling their employee affairs, association with major professional organizations and awareness of current and upcoming challenges in our industry.

For fiscal responsibility in the PEO industry, this is the gold standard. ESAC provides accreditation only to PEOs that verify compliance with important industry practices. And similar to the FDIC for banks, ESAC includes $16 million in surety bond coverage as financial assurance for clients and employees of accredited PEOs.

The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) is the largest trade association for professional employer organizations (PEOs) nationwide. NAPEO provides vital member resources, networking and referrals, education, and effective public relations and marketing support. It also advocates for the interests of its PEO members at all levels of government.
